However, the most significant disadvantage is that you cannot import your data from other cPanels. You’d have to manually migrate all your website data and files if switching over the DreamHost. 😕

DreamHost Support

Although DreamHost makes it extremely easy to build a website without any prior knowledge of coding, there’s always a possibility you may need additional support for a specific question and reach out to DreamHost support.

The DreamHost support team is well trained to answer any WordPress-related questions you might have, and its support team 100% in-house. Which is something that not all web hosting sites can say.

You can contact DreamHost support through email or live chat support. Regardless of what you’re using your website for, DreamHost’s support claims to be available 24/7.

However, we have to point out that DreamHost chat support is only available from 5:30 AM to 9:30 PM PST and therefore is not technically “available 24/7.”

For any chat inquiries outside of that time, you’ll be talking to an autoresponder.

Which sucks…

We’re sure DreamHost will respond to any inquiries ASAP, but we’re disappointed on how their live chat support is not 24/7.
